By booking a service with TopBlack Limo Services LLC (“we,” “our,” or “company”), the client (“you” or “passenger”) agrees to the following terms:
 
 
1. Services Provided
 
We provide executive and luxury chauffeured transportation, including point-to-point transfers, hourly charters, tours, and airport transfers.
 
 
2. Reservations
•Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email.
•A valid payment method is required to confirm any booking.
•For airport services, flight details must be provided for proper scheduling.
 
 
3. Rates and Additional Charges
•Rates vary depending on vehicle type, service type, and location.
•Hourly services require a minimum of 3 consecutive hours.
•All tolls, parking fees, and applicable taxes are the client’s responsibility.
•Waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments after the complimentary grace period:
•Airports: 30 minutes for domestic flights / 60 minutes for international flights after arrival.
•Other pickups: 15 minutes.
•Extra stops are billed according to our current rate schedule.
 
 
4. Cancellations and No-Show Policy
•Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service receive a full refund.
•Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
•No-shows will be charged 100% of the trip cost.
 
 
5. Passenger Conduct
•Seat belts must be worn at all times.
•Smoking, vaping, or consumption of illegal substances inside the vehicle is prohibited.
•The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers.
 
 
6. Limitation of Liability & Insurance
•TopBlack Limo carries commercial insurance, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, airport changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
•We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings beyond the scope of our insurance coverage.
•Use of our services is at the passenger’s own risk regarding personal items and unforeseen incidents.
 
 
7. Payment Terms
•We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
•All charges must be paid in full before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
 
8. Privacy & Cookies
•Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
•Our website uses cookies and tracking technologies to enhance your experience. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 
 
9. Content Ownership
•All images, videos, and text on this website are the property of TopBlack Limo Services LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
 
 
10. Governing Law
 
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bergen County, NJ.
